Centenary Mission Statement

The purpose of the
Centenary United Methodist Church is
To help persons become disciples of Jesus Christ.

In keeping with our rich Methodist heritage,
the people of Centenary are committed to this task
through a threefold emphasis:

We seek to be persons who are

Rooted in the Word

of God so that it is the foundation of our faith, life, and ministry.

We affirm the necessity of being

Renewed through Worship

both private and public,
by which we are empowered
and enabled to uniquely express God's love by

Reaching into the World

thereby calling persons to the transforming reality
of a relationship with Jesus Christ.
